These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Suffolk Cleaning Solutions.
1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only once:
Availability has been confirmed
Payment (or deposit where applicable) has been received
We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
2. Payment Terms
Standard and Premium Cleaning services require full payment in advance to secure the booking.
Deep / End of Tenancy Cleaning requires a 50% deposit to secure the booking date. The remaining balance is due on completion.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
3. Pricing
Standard Cleaning is charged hourly (minimum 2 hours).
Premium and Deep Cleaning services are priced based on property size and condition.
Where heavy pet hair or significant build-up is present, an additional £20 charge may apply.
All pricing will be confirmed prior to booking.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may be non-refundable.
Deposits for Deep / End of Tenancy cleans are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking.
5. Access
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property.
If access cannot be gained at the scheduled time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation and may be non-refundable.
6. Condition of Property
Excessive clutter, hazardous environments, or undisclosed heavy build-up may result in:
Additional time charges
Rescheduling
Refusal of service
7. Photos & Videos (Quality Control)
We may take before and after photos or videos of areas cleaned for quality control, training, and internal record-keeping purposes.
These will focus on cleaned areas only and will not intentionally include personal or sensitive items.
Images and videos will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without explicit customer consent.
By booking our services, you agree to this use.
8. Liability
We are fully insured.
While every care is taken, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
General wear and tear
Items not secured or disclosed prior to cleaning
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
